Bro’s 21st birthday celebration yesterday! Been busy for the past week helping him buy lots of stuff, so much so that I could feel my muscles were being worked on already. Haha. The chalet was cheap. Hometeam NS @ Batok. Creepy place, surrounded by forests and CREEPY CRAWLIES. Okay bro ordered pizzas. 16 different flavors which was total madness! Saw friends from his whole journey, except for kindergarten. Chatted with some of them that I know.. Lots of guys to ogle at, but not very tempting. Haha.
And guess what, I got bitten by the super irritating sandfly! They can never get enough of me can they? 2nd time this year. I guess about 5th time inmy lifetime. Got them ever since ATC camps. Haha. Super itchy. I can’t resist the urge to scratch!! Ugh, save me.
I’m thankful, for having spent the past few days together with loved ones.Simple actions, simple words, all means a lot. Well, at least to me!
Been going out almost everyday.. Very tiring. Checked out NTU with khowming & I’m still interested in humanities courses! If I do have the grades & if I do get into NTU with my desired course, I’ll be in the same Uni, same school as my brother! Cool stuff right!
Oh & how I love surprises. Ila brought her bf along when we went to Acer! Lots of laughter with them. Ila & I serviced our lousy Acer laptops! It shall be delivered back to me. Yay. I finally bear to part with my laptop already. I have a spare, that’s why I can still blog now :p Then papa came pick me up & we went to my grandparents’ house. I like meeting them(even though I don’t understand dialect at times) but to me they are full of love. Ahma said she wanted to buy mangos for me but she saw the bus & she ran for the bus. I don’t like to hear her saying that. It makes me scared. Scared that she will fall. Even I myself, when I run, I’m afraid of falling down. Idk why but I just have this fear in me! :(
Hmm.. I finally saw the blood donation process & every time I see the criteria it just kills me inside cos I can’t hit the weight requirement L but seeing the guys’ expression(!).. It made me think twice, about if I really am going to donate when I hit the requirement lol.
Oh yes I finally had daiko trg with the ppl! It was filled with a lot of fun, laughter & talking as usual! Then papa sent me home again :D Love him lots! I told him that results wld be out the day after(which is today) & he said “I believe you can do it. Don’t worry.” Muahaha. Wonderful papa!
I wonder how next sem wld be like. With only 3 modules, & 18 credit units for Field Practicum(attachment). Sigh. This sem I got a C+ for FP.. I don’t like FP cos of the tedious planning of lessons & prep of materials. But this is just what this course is about man. Lol. I’ll get through the final year!
Yup so this is my week. Pretty much summed up. Won’t go into fine details it’ll choke up my blog. I’m very tired today.. Will head for bed soon! Goodnight all :)

I totally missed the part on updating about CNY. I’ll try recalling.
First day, my family & I went to 3 houses. Grandparents’, great grandmother’s & uncle’s house. Didn’t do much. I only recall I was very angry with my brother. He is so selfish. I wanted to go washroom but the lock was spoilt. I asked him to help me try locking but he didn’t want to. So I asked my mum to help me watch for people. She said ok. So I went in but I heard her walking away so I went out again. Yeah, she was gone =.= So again I asked my brother, I asked him to help me watch but he die die also don’t want! Zzzz. What’s so hard about doing so man? Then my papa helped. My papa is the best! From then on whatever he asked me to do I said NO. Because you didn’t help me guard the door. Ha loser.
Second day, we went to my godfather’s house. Stayed there for 3-4 hours, watching tv & talking to all e relatives. Nice catching up with them. I only hung out with the adults though. I still feel foreign with my dad’s side’s cousins. Then baby came over to my house after that, and we had dinner tgr with my family. Aft that we went to play mj tgr with my friends. I lost all except for 1. I game-d wrongly twice. How embarrassing! They all laughed at me cos I turned tomato red. Hahaha it was fun though!
Third day, school started. Boring. Don’t want to blog about school. Fast-forward all e way till Sat. Went to baby’s shop to bai nian. Went for dinner with his family & relatives. I don’t like. I don’t understand what they talk about cos it’s in canto, & I’m afraid of saying e wrong things! So I keep quiet. But keeping quiet makes me feel all guilty because it’s like I go there just to eat & take angbao! I don’t want to go family dinners already!
Today, is the 7th day, ren ri. It’s everybody’s birthday today. Happy birthday to all (:

Xmas – a time of socialization.
I spent xmas eve with baby. I was late and he got pissed. I must say, waiting for a girl is common & is inevitable. I was late for not even an hour, & it’s not as if I wasn’t unapologetic about it. I apologized umpteen times, I done all that I could but he just attitude-ed me. Then I gave up talking… Then he started talking. He was real mean you know. Made me feel all miserable and said he didn’t wanna meet me before 2pm anymore. Serves me right for being late I guess.
Oh well. Headed to his aunty Sue’s house for xmas party after that. The houses alongside the road were gorgeous. I’ve never came across such a sight before! I guess I’m just a sua gu aka mountain tortoise. The first comment from aunty-i-forgot-her-name ( i think her name’s Elsie) was, you’re so skinny! My reaction? Sian. But she’s a nice lady nevertheless. Very hospitable.
Then the notorious family I heard all about from baby came shortly after. It is only through knowing them, did I understand the phrase, 笑里藏刀 (A dagger concealed in a smile). Their comments were outrageous and the comments came one after another. I was utterly dumbfounded. Baby’s brother, Jiawei, calls their laughter, mocking laughter. That is just the word to describe. I was so so so relieved when baby’s family arrived. Felt so much more comfortable with them. Funny how 3/4 of the ppl in the house kept quiet and fixed their eyes on the screen when it was 9pm; little nyonya! Hahah. Okay, then the clock striked twelve midnight. Merry Christmas!, said everyone. The high pitched aunty started to sing. Hahaha. Okay. Happy 4th month baby!
Christmas was spent at home with relatives & bro’s friends. I cooked a plate of Thai noodles & his friend, Jian Qi aka mushroom head ate it. Hehehe. Even my baby doesn’t enjoy such luxury. I was lazy to cook for the rest bcos 1 plate already made me so fed up. So mummy took over. Yay. Ahma & Aunty Bel commented on me, saying, Ah-min-ah! Getting more & more skinny already. Must eat more. I was like, not again! Then aunt said the one word I hate & fear most – Haggard. ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz. It’s not as if I wanted this either. I’ve been trying so hard to gain weight already. Spare me please.
Played Uno Stacko with my cousins. It was the tallest I’ve ever built.
Went over to Aunty Bel’s house after many rounds. Guess what we did there?
Jenga! Lol. More fun-filled la, but kinda lame with all the stupid dares like lick yourself like you are a cat =.= Ricsson got himself into showing 5 cute poses,
all thanks to Mary.
Then played Wii Mario Kart. Hahha very funny and fun. Aunty Bel drove us off aft that. Went back home & some of his friends were still there. Amazing. Helped clean up the living room, and I took out 4 big bags of garbage at 1 go. I told my mum, I may be small and skinny but I’m strong! Hahaha.
Yeah, christmas is over. It’s time to think about your new year resolution! I’ve got mine. Have you? (:

It took a pregnant lady to give up a seat to another pregnant lady. That’s reality.
Went for a ride in the Singapore Flyer with my family. It was.. not as awesome as I thought it would be. The view wasn’t that magnificient as claimed. But the sky was nice, really. (I know that’s beside the point. )When we got off however, it turned to a shade of grey and even started drizzling. Pretty lucky I must say. Okay I gotta save my words for my assignments, so I’ll let pictures do the talking (:
